JSN 2021 is going to be a hybrid event that incorporates both in-person and online.

  • ■Live streaming: All the programs (oral presentations) will be Live streamed.
    Live Streaming Period: June18(Fri) - 20(Sun)
  • ■On-demand streaming: Oral presentations will be streamed on post-meeting website.
    On-demand streaming period: July 21(Wed) 10:00a.m. - August 4 (Wed) 5:00p.m. (JST)
    Exclusion: Luncheon seminars, Morning seminars, Evening seminars and Joint research session “International comparison in epidemiology of chronic kidney disease”

Registration fees

As the meeting is to be hybrid event, pre-registration is now available.
However, the system is only available in Japanese language. If you would like to pre-register for either in-person and/or online participation in the meeting, please contact us at jsn2021en@mtoyou.jp by June 6 (Sun), 2021 (JST).

The Live streaming website and the Digital Poster website

Links, ID and Password for the Live streaming website and the digital poster website will be sent to the registered delegates by e-mail around June 11(Fri).

The Post-meeting website (On-demand streaming)

Link, ID and Password for the Post-meeting website will be sent to the registered delegates by e-mail in early-July.

Presentation Guidelines (Oral/Poster)

  • Make sure NOT to contain any identifying information (names, initials etc.) in your presentation.
  • COI disclosure
    The lead presenter is requested to announce the relevant COI situation in the first presentation slide (or in the slide after the one that introduces the title and presenters) COI PowerPoint slide can be downloaded from the website below.

Presentation Guidelines (Oral)

  • In case it is difficult to participate the in-person meeting, virtual presentation on Zoom or pre-submission of the presentation slide data with audio will be accepted.

1. Presentation time:

Regular submission: presentation 8 mins + discussion 4 mins
Individually informed to each presenter for symposia and invited lectures

2. Pre-submission of presentation data with audio (online participation):

Must be submitted prior to the meeting by using the designated online system
The link, ID and Password of the designated online system will be informed later

3. Preparation of presentation data (online participation):

Possible presentation style:

  • (1) Pre-recorded presentation
    Broadcast the pre-recorded data on the day.
    Presentation data should be made in PowerPoint slides along with audio data, within 8minutes and under 500MB.
    Submission period: Late May to Early June (detailed dates will be announced later)
    • *In either case, we request to join the session on the day for live discussion.
  • (2) Virtual presentation on Zoom
    Give a live presentation on Zoom. Required stable internet access.
    • *In either case, we request to join the session on the day for live discussion.

4. On-demand Video

All the presentations will be recorded and be streamed on our post-meeting website from July 21 (Wed) to August 4 (Wed) unless the presenter disagrees.

If you disagree to post your presentation on the post-meeting website, kindly let us know at jsn64@mtoyou.jp no later than May 31, 2021.

Presentation Guidelines (Poster)

Poster presentations will be online digital poster presentation.
Speakers are requested to submit a presentation video with audio (within 3minutes).
The printed posters nor the in-person/live streaming presentations are not required.
Use comment sections in the designated website for discussion. Check your comment section and answer them, you will be receiving notifications by e-mail when someone comment you.
